ALTER BRITVICH, 88, decided to enjoy
the Passover Seder at the Park Hotel out of concern for the security
situation in the country. Both he and his wife, Frieda, clung to life for
almost a week before succumbing to their injuries. FRIEDA BRITVICH, 86, survived the horrors of Auschwitz. Frieda and husband, Alter, were concerned about security in the country and decided not to travel but to celebrate the Passover Seder at the Park Hotel. After the terror attack, Alter and Frieda hung on to life for a week despite appalling injuries. They died within hours of each other. Frieda is buried alongside her husband, Alter, in Netanya. They are survived by two children and eight grandchildren. |
