Maria Tagilcheva was the only child of Olga. Together they immigrated to Israel from the Ural Mountains of Russia.
Maria, aged 14, was a student at the Ort school in Netanya.
Palestinian exploded a car bomb outside the school. Maria, and most of the students, were safely inside the school and avoided injury.
Two days later, on Friday night, she decided to go and meet friends at the Dolphinarium disco on Tel Aviv's seafront.
Maria was one of twenty young people killed by a Palestinian suicide bomber as they queued outside the disco.
Maria is buried in Netanya. She leaves a mother.
