VICTOR TATRINOV, 63, emigrated from Russia in 1997. Following a divorce, he lived alone in a rented apartment in Netanya. He was killed by the suicide bombing in the local market on May 20. His funeral was delayed for three days until the Israeli embassy and Jewish Agency were able to locate his mother and two sons in Russia. |
