ARKADY WEISELMAN, 44, worked as a chef at the Park Hotel for almost ten years. He went to the fridge just moments before a Hamas terrorist detonated an explosive belt in the main hall, killing 29 and injuring more than a hundred.
Arkady helped evacuate the injured before calling his family and telling them that he had escaped injury by a miracle.
On May 20 he was caught in the bombing at the local market and died, hours later, of his injuries.
He is survived by his wife, Victoria, two daughters, Shlomit, 13, and Rinat, 7, his parents and brother.
